At UniqueHairbyChi, your satisfaction means everything to us. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
48 Hour Return Window
If you need to request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Wig must be unused and unworn
- Lace must remain completely uncut
- No glue, makeup, spray, or product applied
- Wig must be in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
We kindly ask that you inspect your wig before cutting the lace.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Custom & Lace Cut Orders
Because some of our wigs are custom made and prepared specially for you:
- Custom or pre-order wigs are non-refundable
- Wigs with lace cut at your request are non-returnable.
Once lace is cut, we cannot resell the unit. Thank you for understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and videos. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
